I handle the decluttering, organizing, and packing that gets homes sold, and the unpacking that gets clients settled. Professional support for Realtors and the people they move.

  • I offer several packages specifically designed to fit the Toronto real estate market. My goal is to save your time and maximize your client’s equity.

    3. The One-Day Intensive

    Perfect for: The listing that needs to go live ASAP but the clutter is standing in the way.

    • The Focus: A 6-to-8-hour high-energy purge session where I work alongside the client (solo or with my team) to clear the main spaces for staging or photos.

    • The Result: A home that is ready quickly!

    • Includes: Donation and garbage removal

    2. The Pre-Staging Edit

    Perfect for: Homes that have years of "life" visible and need to be cleared for stagers and photographers. For when several sessions are needed.

    • The Focus: Strategic decluttering of high-impact areas (Entryway, Kitchen, Living Room, Master Closet).

    • The Result: A blank canvas that makes rooms look larger and allows your stagers to work their magic instantly.

    • Includes: Sorting, keep/donate decision support, and a plan for immediate removal of excess items.

    3. The Pre-Pack & Purge

    Perfect for: Clients who are overwhelmed by the physical act of moving and don't want to pay to move clutter to their new home. Multiple sessions over days/weeks.

    • The Focus: A deep-dive edit of the entire home.

    • The Result: A significant reduction in moving costs and a home that stays "showing-ready" because the excess is already packed away

    • Includes: Pre-packing of non-essentials (books, off-season clothes, decor) and donation coordination

  • I also offer the Fresh Start (Unpack & Organize) package

    Perfect for: High-end clients or busy families moving into a new West End home who want to be settled by dinner time.

    • The Focus: Unpacking and implementing sustainable organizational systems from Day 1.

    • The Result: A pretty pantry, a functional mudroom, and a stress-free first night in the new house.

    • Includes: Box unpacking, storage solutions tailored to the new home’s layout, product suggestions, removal of packing materials.

    • Many realtors now offer this service as a unique, high-value closing gift.

  • I’m pleased to offer Realtors and their clients competitive, excellent-value rates

    • $72/hour for each Professional Organizer on-site - a discount of 15%

    • Includes decluttering, packing, donation/garbage removal

    • Doesn’t include HST, packing materials, garbage bag tags, any other materials that may be needed - these will be added to the invoice
